has anyone used any of these programs like insanity or t25 or whatever while cutting? do you lose significant muscle when doing them because there isnt weight training aspect to them?

i know about eating at a deficit and losing 1lb a week are the main goals of cutting and shit but im just wondering if anyone has gone this rout to lose their bulk weight and get down quicker....

Muscle that is used, does not go away. Muscle dissapears when it is no longer needed. Your body will burn fat away BEFORE used muscles.
