How much carry overs does dumbell bench have to flat barbell bench?
Like if I focus on getting strong at dumbell bench for a while and then go back to flat barbell bench will I be stronger at it?
Doing both at the same time works well for some reason.

Push 1
>barbell incline bench press
>dumbbell shoulder press
Push 2
>barbell shoulder press
>dumbbell incline bench press
For some reason alternating the light and heavy press like that carries over to both, not sure why, but it does.
