How much muscle is on the legs relative to ? I've gained about 17lbs from about 145lbs to 162lbs at 5'11 by exclusively working upperbody for about a year, with most of it being muscle and maintaining 13-15% bodyfat. If I start to work out legs with about the same dedication as I did for upper body, how much muscle can I expect to gain?
I'm guessing legs are anywhere between 20-60% of total body mass but how much exactly? Is 10-12 lbs too much to expect from just a year of working legs? Anybody not work legs and then have this?

Depends on how hard you work them.
Like a rest pause set of 31(10-8-6-4-2-1) reps on squats with some high rep leg press and Paterson step ups to finish.
Like 15lbs is reasonable to expect depending on calories.
