I've never been into eating.
constantly skip breakfast.
I can easily go a day with just eating one BIG meal and a snack or two to hold me over
(a snack being like.... 2 cookies... a hard boiled egg... a small bag of chips.... etc. )
I've had to resort to drinking oat shakes to getting myself past that 3000 calorie mark to keep slowly bulking.

Wake up early, go to sleep later, and also take cold showers.
Try out some cardio, too, like RUNNING and swiming. Also, increase your TDEE by a 500+ kcals/week, till you reach 3000.
Just eat and stop being a pussy, god damnit.
