I used myfitnesspal to stop eating like a fat person. Counted every single calorie.
Started with Strong Lifts. Then switched to an upper lower strength hypertrophy 4 day split i found on leddit.
Im 5'10". Starting weight was 220. I was too ashamed to take pics at that weight. The before pic is me at 191. The after is 169.

I would but all I can afford is planet fitness. No squat rack. Dumb bells stop at 75. You get shamed for lifting heavy. Especially on pizza day.
