i run ppl but today i worked arms in honor of rich

Rich dying several decades too early has reinvigorated my commitment to health and diet.

skipped my workout today, actually.

Couldn't even get out of bed once I heard the news. Kinda lost without him.

Did an extra set for every arm exercise today and ate BIG to get BIG.
Still feels kinda empty.

When I was benching today I kept think about Rich cheering me on from heaven. Really helped on the last rep, felt like he was giving me strength.
