weird timing. I don't usually care of do much for shoulders. I haven't hit 2pl8 bench yet, im at 2.5pl8 squat and 3pl8 deadlift. I thought I'd start doing 5x5 1pl8 strict ohp, and no problems. No back arch, no hip assist, nothing except overextended wrists. I'm starting to think I'm just doing something wrong on my other lifts. >>42632421
