If you're close to 300lbs your heart doesnt care if it's fat or muscle, it's working overtime no matter what.

If you consider how long he was a monster, his heart pumped as much blood through his body as a 80-90 year old normal person.

Part of the reason shorter people live longer. How many tall or fat people (especially tall & fat) do you see that are 80+ years old? Not many.

So even if cocaine was in his system when he died, a line of coke is gonna do a lot more to his heart than a normal persons.

I don't think he'd regret anything though, he knew how he was living and loved it. At least it seemed that way.
