Still working on redbull and energy drinks, but beer has been cut entirely.

Just keep at it, you're in it for the long haul. I lost 30kg of my 60kg goal just by counting calories and trying to be a bit more active.
Green shit fills you up better, green beans etc especially has low calorie count per 100g.
The first couple of months were hard, but now i can fit my clothes again, my massive belly and lovehandles have shrunk down a great deal. I'm starting to feel more like a human than a dough elemental.

Eat small meals. This might seem weird, but hunger doesn't dissipate while you are eating. Food being in your belly doesn't really even cure hunger. Your body has to start actually digesting it before hunger will even start to go away. That's why you eat one burger, but still want another burger. Your brain is still on hunger mode.

Also, you will never be truly and completely satisfied until you eat 2500 calories in one meal (1 1/2 pizzas, half a pizza brownie and a liter of coke, Im sure you know the drill) so give up on that right away.

Think like this: Will eating a 1200 calorie meal make me any more full or happy than eating a 500 calorie meal?

I work in a job where we get food for free and I had to sleep there every now and then because of shitty work reasons. I just brought food from home, even carrying food for 2 days when I had to sleep there. Instead of eating shitty fried food, try to find the best alternative. I'm not sure if you'll sleep at home or not, but even if not - just eat the best thing they have to offer, and track your kcals like a madman. Also use their sport facilities as much as possible.

I use calipers, but I still have a scale.
If you use calipers right they're better for measuring your bf, the problem here is that for some formulas you need someone else to measure you ( for triceps and back). So you would need to ask some friend / family member.
Scales are less accurate, but they can work as well, just keep in mind the inaccuracy.

Have you read about intermittent fasting? there's no need "eat meals throughout the day". There are no benefits.

The only time when it's ideal to eat would be before and after a workout.
But even then you could just drink a protein shake (whey + milk + some extra carbohydrate), before and after, and you would be ok.
If you are into training fasted google "leangains", he recommends taking 10g of BCAA, before a workout, and if you want to keep the fasted state, keep taking 10g every 1 to 2 hours till you eat.

I found out today that due to nutrition labeling laws, manufacturers only need to post the caloric quantity rounded down to the nearest increment of 5, so something that says 155 calories is actually 159 calories.

If you hear voices and have serious paranoia issues get psych meds or something a lot worse than having to get psych meds will eventually happen. It is probably the one thing i'd go to the shrink for.
If you have anger issues, working out or martial arts training can take you to a better place, if you're not up for that then find something else you can channel your frustration into. Drinking turns people into assholes, and assholes self-sabotage until they implode, so not that different from being angry psychotic and paranoid as fuck.

I ate McDonalds on Thursday, then drank beer and had sushi (not the lean kind) for dinner. Last night I ate at Wendy's and today Five Guys. This was all during a rest week that I took because of a stomach bug. Tomorrow will be my first workout since the 17th.
