Is it true that creatine causes hair loss?

Also, does it make your body produce less testosterone if you quit it?

it is supposed to cause it in some people, but everyone that i know who is taking creatine including myself didnt experience any hair loss

made me paranoid as hell for the first month though. i even used to have dreams of looking into the mirror and being bald

Depends. If you're genetrically predisposed to MPB, creatine may accelerate it or bring it on to some extent; if you're not at risk of MPB, don't worry, you won't lose any hair.

I tried creatine, never lost my hair but then again I took like 2.5g, not that it matters but I think you should try it out
Monohydrate is really cheap even the good quality ones. Just try it and if in 3 or 6 months of using it you see or notice your hair thinning then just stop taking it, the effects are reversible I believe.
