Anyone have any experience with Cubital Tunnel Syndrome? I have had it for like 2 years and haven't been able to lift.
It hasn't gotten any better, but it hasn't gotten any worse.
So if anyone has any exercises I can do, stretches or anything like that I'd appreciate it.
No one? I just want to lift again.

I have not as bad as you though from the sounds of it.
I don't have much to offer, but anecdotally what fixed it for me was making a concerted effort to keep my wrists straight as I lifted (for lifts that they are meant to be straight for like rows)
Yes I have this and have been able to manage it fairly well, at least lately.
I had it in both arms. This is what I did to improve it.
1. wore immobilizing arm braces on both arms when i sleep. you can just wrap the arm in a yoga mat if it's just 1 arm.
2. replaced my desk which has a hard glass top with a wooden desk.
3. put soft arm rests everywhere on my desk where i tend to lean
4. bought a new work and home office chair that have fully adjustable arm rests
5. avoid leaning on the elbow whenever you possibly can.
the pain returns if i lean on the elbow too much, but as long as I'm consistent it doesn't hurt or weaken me too much.
I had something like this when I was in high school. I was a pitcher and it prevented me from throwing. They went in and moved my ulnar nerve over into my forearm. Never had a problem since.

Ive done all that has been listed above and it still hasnt gone away so Im thinking surgery is my only option.
How was the surgery? Recovery?
I have the same problem, but there is no lain, only numbness of the linky. And it only haplens when I flex by elbow when the biceps touches the forearm, when im using my cellphone up close
And its nothing severe as well

Thats exactly how mine is, ive kept it straight whenever possible, and havent rested my elbows on anything in months.
Just doesnt get better, and doesnt get worse.

Neurosurgeon resident who has done a few of cubital ulnar decompression.
Surgery is mostly done in full anesthesia in 30 minutes. 1 day stay in the hospital. No heavy lifting for 4-6 weeks.
Though you could get a glucocorticoid infiltration of the cubital tunnel since many patients don't need surgery after the infiltration.
Sometimes when i'm doing doing DB bench press my left hand starts to almost go numb/cramp up in that spot on my hand. Almost feels like my hand just becomes a claw and I'm just pincing at the weight to keep it steady. Doesn't happen all the time, and when it does it's just kind of weird, doesn't feel like it's stopping me. Is this what that is?

Yup.
