senpai, learn how to cook.i know it sounds like a cliche, but trust me, it will change your fucking live.most people hate being on a diet exactly because they dont know how to cook and think that eating steamed veggies and chicken breasts 24/7 is boring and depressing.which is it.but you can make wonders with the right knowledge for preparations and use of spices with those things.
