>agree and finish up last set
>driving and having trouble keeping car straight because can’t feel arms
>mom will you get the powder behind the seat and put some in my mixer cup there

>ignore her and begin scooping mix into drink myself
>can’t multitask because of weak arms
>eyes watering from steroid induced anger about Rich's passing
>drive into guard rail
>mom is alright
>go to hospital
>doc says I have whiplash and can’t workout for 4 weeks
