You know I'm not completely opposed to everything about Crossfit but overall it's shit.
Some things like their promotion of olympic weightlifting seem cool, but without extremely disciplined and proper professional coaching it's a disaster waiting to happen, and that's even before you get into stuff like a lot of their combination of lifting + intense cardio-style workouts which are just rhabdo waiting to happen.
