Yo, /fit/, I lost about 30 kg with the sticky and your advice, but now I need to lose a clothes size for next Sunday. I need to be in this suit and I'm too late to go get another or get it tailored. Fuck, I thought it would fit by now. I'm such a failure.
Is it doable? I cannot go to the gym this week because of intense work, so it's diet and supplements or nothing. Also no "read the sticky" or meme answers, it's fucking serious and I've read that sticky for years. Thanks.
Yeah but not permanently. Restrict your sodium intake to a bare minimum and buy some diuretics (natural or pharmaceutical). Eat one meal a day and/or 500+ kcal under your maintenance starting from Thursday (and don't exceed maintenance from Mon-Wed). You should be able to just barely fit into your suit by Sunday.

No diuretics just let you piss out all your excess water weight so taking them today won't really do much if you only need to get rid of your water weight on Sunday (will probably be harmful to go a week at such a depleted stage). Just follow what the pro bodybuilders/athletes do -- eliminate food and water weight as much as you can 24-48 hours before weigh-in. But yeah don't stuff your face from now till then too. Mon - Wed: Eat at maintenance, or slightly under. Try to lower sodium if possible.
Thurs-Fri: Eat 500kcal below maintenance. 0 sodium.
Saturday: No solid food, take your diuretics and pee out whatever water you have stored
Sunday: Barely fit into suit. Go be awkward at your wedding or whatever. Go home and stuff your face with a pizza.

Thanks bro. It's fucking horrible to feel/be so fat after all this time and these sacrifices. This situation has really taken a toll on me, IFing for like 7 months straight, often up to no avail for a week or two.

Also, unrelated: do unholy amounts of beans/chickpeas/peas/lentils have influence on weight or volume? I usually eat about 300 kcal per day of that stuff, just boiled... About 300g of that stuff each day, unsalted. You know, for fibers and to keep my stomach full. Do you see any problems in that for dieting in general?
