Nothing can be confirmed yet. Basically the only sources there are are a handful of bodybuilders on twitter, and news sites reporting on the twitter posts. It's now almost 6:30 in Florida, so something more official will be coming out in a couple hours.

Or Chanel. If things took a turn for the worse and she was given enough time to be notified, she'd be right there. Granted, she probably wouldn't be tweeting about it or contacting reporters immediately after it happened, but these rumors have been flying around since he was admitted.
