I've lost 50lbs and gotten pretty good face gains. I'm waiting for the rest of the gains, but it's a decent start.

Grow a beard and continue lifting weights. If your body looks decent the beard/thick face mix can go well.

I was planning to get to at least 20BMI, if not lower. Every story I've heard of weight loss is basically "I hit my goal weight but I'm still fat" which is what I don't want.

Does face fat go down past ~20% bf? That's where I'm at now and I've always had a bit of a baby face (fat looking cheeks), and hoping to get rid of that. My facial bone structure is pretty decent, if only it didn't look so fucking fat.
