Yes, so i hear. Start at the baseline, then build from that.
Don't just end up adding fat on top of fat.
If you some what chubby then cut bulk cut. Second cut is what your after. If your skinny fat get huge brah. Then cut. I was 210 at 6' couldn't really gain 30 lbs at that weight so I had to cut first

depends on your cardio. if you want to dirty bulk, make sure you have a good heart. sometimes i have chest pains but then again i take SIPS
