I found all sorts of great spreadsheets for running beginner programs when I started a few years back but can't find anything good for girls.
I tried to just have her do SL with babby weight but she can't even diddly my oly bar. I had to help her bench 10 lb dumbbells. I want her to be able to do this at home, I have have a Rogue power rack, oly bar, shit ton of plates and dumbbells that go from 10 up to 100. Buying her 5s and 2.5s this weekend if they even make those.
Suggestions or links? I'm a huge fan of spreadsheets for tracking progress.
