Best way.

I usually boil the broccoli (properly) and grill the chicken, but this sounds amazing. You don't use any kind of oil?
>>42620395
lol is that chicken fucking breaded you fat fuck?
>>42620587
Marinades don't add a lot of calories, and help keep the chicken moist.
>>42620627
nope. I just cover it with foil and the evaporating juices from the chicken semi steams it at the same time it's baking, along with taking a lot of the flavor
sometimes if i feel like it i'll steam it for like 15 minutes ahead of time so it's tender and soaks up even more juices
>>42620641
nah, just a lot of seasoning

Hard to do, I buy frozen. Can't thaw and eat it raw.
>>42620767

I buy frozen, I run a cup or two under some hot water then put in on my plate and microwave the entire meal. I don't like to cook the broccoli too much it loses it's nutrients.
>>42620438
i microwave it in a bowl with a bit of water and a touch of lemon juice and pepper (you can add salt to but I prefer not to.) .
2:00 in my microwave, yours could be different. pour out the water after you microwave it.
