How the fuck do you fit 230g of protein in one day? Please help

1 large chicken breast 50g

look I'm already near 150g... with 1500 calories.

I am 195-198lbs I aim for 170g because I'm carrying at least 20lb of fat.

Protein shake midday 50g
Chicken or beef with veggies for dinner 40g
Greek yogurt with fruit for dessert 30g

That's like 190g worth of protein on a typical day and not too hard to meet

I'm doing 5/3/1 on a cut to maintain as much muscle as I can. I run 2miles every morning, working my way up from 100 pushups in sets of 25. Need to start taking situps in the AM more seriously but muh back is stiff as fuck that early. I do crossfit WODs which usually take me no more than 20min to get through so I get my HIIT in every other day.

I was 220 11July I'm down to 205 a few days ago.

1RM
Squat - 240
Bench - 231
Deadlift - 335
Shoulder Press - 140

I run at an 8min pace but I'm busting my ass to get that down.
