do you sprint, /fit/?
i'm adding some sprinting/HIIT work to my days off of lifting so my endurance isn't complete shit, but i don't know how to program this stuff without making it too easy on myself
right now i'm doing something like
5 x 40m + 100m jog between each sprint
5 x 40m (no jogging, focus on form)
going to add 1 "rep" each work out until i hit 10x, then i'll increase the distances
anyone have any program/form advice for sprinting?

Nah I'm not an elitest about it, just wanted to say why I'm credible.
The program you have will certainly do the things you want to accomplish as long as you don't jack up calorie consumption to compensate for more workout.
Sprinting is a very natural thing for the boy to do and will help fix imbalances, especially in the legs and back.
I wouldn't focus on adding more reps, but rather increasing the sprinting distance and decreasing the jog distance. However as you become faster you're body is going to need an actual break to recover.
For example, today for my workout I did a warmup, 6x150m sprints at near max speed with a full (8-10 min) recovery between each.
Adjusting the speed, rest, and volume will determine which muscle energy system you are training which goes back to what your goals are.
And for your goals, your routine is fine. Look up some videos on sprinting form and if you want some extra in depth info check out eossop merrick on youtube, he's been my go-to guy for sprinting.
Hope this helps and good luck fellow athlete.
