Ephedrine is great for cutting, but will JUST your heart up if you take it preworkout. Try taking a caffeinated pre workout and take the ephedrine as soon as you're finished, while the caffeine is still in your system.

The standard dose is 20mg ephedrine + 200mg caffeine 3 times a day, 4 hours in between.
BUT, when you're just starting you should take only 10mg eph + 100mg caffeine, in case you have low tolerance and get bad side effects.

Idk boys I have some great fucking workouts on ephedrine. I typically don't have much caffeine in my system when I take it, and I do massive cardio so take it with a grain of salt. I don't want to see one of you assholes having a heart attack in the gym and ruining it for me
