Anybody /bike/ here?
Im thinking of getting a bike for a daily commuter. I'd be riding to and from work/school (~20 miles a day). I'm also hoping itll accelerate my cut. Anybody do this or lift/bike in general? Does it affect your strength training substantially? QT Audrey for upboats.
Bump
I was walking that much up until yesterday, I got a bike and I don't regret it so far.
Definitely recommend it, but I'm new so who cares what I think
Pic related, it's my ride

An efficient heart helps with the higher rep ranges to be able to push the extra reps in
Also you would need to bring a change of cloths if you don't want to be sweaty and smelly all day
I find myself not working legs as much as I hate being sore when I'm biking. Maybe I'm just a pussy.

You won't lose gains from commuting on your bike.
As long as your sleep is good and you eat enough you'll be fine.
If you're like me, your legs will get bigger anyways so you have a convenient excuse to skip diddles and skwats.
