So I fucked my shoulder up and I can't hit the gym for now while it heals. Maybe it takes a week maybe more. I want to work on my core during this time . what ab workouts require minimal shoulder use? Crunches, sit-ups and lying leg raises come to mind. What else anons

Hollow holds and compression drills.
Crunches and sit ups are kind of shit and put unnecessary stress on your spine.
Lay on the ground and pretend like ur riding a bike. Do crunches to the right and left knee.and try this one where ur laying flat and ur feet are y inches off the ground. Do a sit and bring your knees to ur chest. Then back down.
