Okay, really really really fucking embarrasing. ive been lifting for like a long ass time and I was playing rugby, not like stupid club shit like I was on a real team not just playing football without pads but like the actual game of rugby
regardless, I lift frequently, I do cardio but I honestly have NO idea how to work core, back in rugby when they taught me to do sdtuff I think they just considered the practicing core stuff which it def was but I dont have any idea how to do core stuff without like a partner.
I know there are like sit ups and bear crawls but like, that cant be it can it?
Am I overthinking it? is it really just situps and bear crawls and those werid side to side sit ups?
please somone give me 3 good core exercises that cover everything I need, Im not trying to spot reduce or anything dumb like that, I just want a sincerely stronger core
