Use my gyms every day. Get it so hot that you can't comfortably breathe through your nose and keep it there. Also, wet your head before going in and keep a bottle of cold water handy. Works wonders for acne and stress. Follow with a cold shower.

Actually use my gym's sauna before every workout. Kind of like a warm up without the cardio cuz fuck cardio.
