What is your opinion on Saunas?

Should I start doing them after workout? I heard it lowers fertility? What do you guys think? CanI do it everyday or every few days? How much? 20 minutes?

Use my gyms every day. Get it so hot that you can't comfortably breathe through your nose and keep it there. Also, wet your head before going in and keep a bottle of cold water handy. Works wonders for acne and stress. Follow with a cold shower.

Actually use my gym's sauna before every workout. Kind of like a warm up without the cardio cuz fuck cardio.

I wouldn't ever stay in for longer than 15 minutes at a time, especially if it's a 90C Finnish style sauna.

Russian olympic lifters swear by them. It's not necessary, but I doubt it hurts if you enjoy it.

I chill and meditate in one for 15 mins after training and follow it with a cool shower (no real cold water baka)

It's relaxing. No idea if it helps except for the fact it raises my HR to 100~120 from 65.

Saunas are good. It also hinders muscle loss.
