Anyone willing to give some spotters on meal planing. I'm trying to gain right now but I'm wondering what food will be good to last over a full week and not a couple days

It's kind of asking a lot for food to last for a week and not taste like shit. Veggies are good for that. Maybe potatoes. Rice becomes like eating tic tacs after a few days.

I find that indian curries and rice freezes and reheats really well. They usually taste way better the next day after cooking if let to sit in the fridge anyway.
I also make large batches of taco mince and freeze it in individual servings, reheats fine.
I'd avoid freezing pasta meals, but if you absolutely have to, undercook the pasta.

Don't prep any chicken to last that long. It starts to smell a little off after 3 days.
