I'm a skelly that can't seem to gain weight. I've made insane progress in strength the past 6 months but i swear I'm still professor skeleton. Biology this doesn't make any sense people even point it out at the gym amazed that i can lift so much that's how fucked up it is.
Example of what i eat in a day
>6 egg whites
>3 serving bag of cheddar sun chips
>Steak bomb sub
>2 slices of cheese burger deluxe pizza
>2 packs of ramen noodles
>Plate of spaghetti and meatballs
>Also 6 beers
I'm pretty sure i lost 2 lb. This month too. Example of curl progress 15s to 35s and 2 wide pull ups to 15. I've stayed 135-142 range this entire fucking time and still skelly. Should i just give up and call the world records and apply for strongest skeleton?
Any day meal suggestions would be appreciated
this is only around 2500 calories, you need to be eating way more than that anon, like around 3500-5000. Alan thrall has a good video on this

So i checked it out. You're right it's nowhere near enough. I needa double this shit. I guess I'll have to quit drinking if i want the appetite for this. And hopefully my IBS doesn't cause this to kill me and i sure hope i don't lose my lean af build.
