What's a quick and easy way to do it, with minimal complications or "moves"?
When a friend and I "fight" if I'm standing normally for even a second off guard he can take me to the ground, and it's too fast to even know what's happening to replicate it. I don't want to ask him how he does it. He's probably 20-30 lbs heavier than me and two inches taller.
