Freshman year of college, a bunch of dyel dudes i know (some played sports in hs)) wanted to get jacked. so pretty much all of them did meme bro splits targeting a muscle group 1 time per week. for the first 2 weeks of weightlifting, all they talk about is fitness and drinking a shit ton of protein shakes. it was fucking annoying. only of 2 those dudes cotinued with weightlifting while the rest just gave up and made no gains at all
