I'm natty, but people like to point to steroids whenever someone dies who takes steroids like its the soul reason they died. In reality these people also abuse uppers, downers, drink heavily, party hard and make a ton of questionable decisions..

Because their chronic health issues aren't made public after they stop being young, talented athletes and fall out of the spotlight. Premature deaths are covered up to avoid tarnishing their legacy. You're literally only seeing what you want to see. Steroids are extremely dangerous
