What do you do to stay consistent?

Self hatred slowly turning into a growing ego and narcissism is a hell of a motivation. I don't recommend it for anyone
Been working out consistently for around 5 years and have made great progress. But for the past year and a half my progress has been almost non-existent. How do I stay motivated when my progress has stalled so badly? My main motivator has always been seeing progress (and self hatred).

Holy shit. Nice job. I'm a skinny fucking dyel ottermodefag but I think once you reach a really strong level, it gets exponentially harder. It's not like eating at caloric surplus and lifting till failure and using your muscles will continue adding musclemass forever, otherwise we'd be capable of lifting like ridiculous amounts because "oh we can just add more muscle mass"
I don't know what can motivate you, but maybe try not lifting for a week, and then going back to lifting, and you'll see how much you love it.

I mean realistically you've reached roughly 90% of the non-meme natty limit when it comes to muscle mass and how you look bro...
I would start doing other /fit/ related activities and make specific goals. Run a marathon, start mountain / rock climbing, yoga, play a sport, etc.
