What are good substitute exercises for squats and deadlifts. I have a fucked up back and im scared that doing those will worsen it, so im wondering whats the best way to build thick legs ans ass. Still pretty DYEL but you look good for where you're at. So pretty much you have a good frame and you're at a good body fat level. Lean bulk for a year (cut for a month if you start to look flabby) and you'll look 100x better by the end. Delts also look good for your size, good job so far bb keep going luv u good.

I've been doing my pussy version of starting strength for 4 months. No regular squats and no deadlifts. Those are replaced by hack squats, weighted chin ups and leg curls. Accessory work includes scoop curls, cable tricep overhead extensions, and some random ah stuff. I only know my 5 rep maxes because 5 reps is what starting strength asks for per set.

OP here, the guy wasn't me. I do agree with you but the problem is I have a lot of loose skin all around my body, if I cut down now it genuinely won't look good. I will probably start cutting when uni starts in a week but losing too much weight won't help me since I am already tiny for my height.
