55kg Jesus Christ. I'm 6'3 and when I started working out, lost fat (was emaciated fat) and hit 61kg I genuinely worried that I had cancer. Just bumping into things was painful because there was no support tissue between skin and bone. Fucking wind staggered me regularly. That poor bastard. Feed him pic related.
