I started training in the beginning of december, before that I haven't been active. I was 96kg (211pounds) and right now I am lingering between 75-77kg (165pounds)
When I started lifting I was only using the bar for bench press, right now I am doing 55kg (121 pounnds) 3x10 to give you an idea.
The last month I have been getting annoying burn on my back while doing back exercises. The feeling started a month after I started lifting so about 6 months ago? It felt like there is no blood coming in (noise on old tv's?) it didn't hurt just a mild nuisance. But now it just burns...
The last 2 months I quit doing back excercises it is not getting worse but also not better, I don’t try to push myself because then it will hurt my back even more... It really holds me back.
Right now it burns a bit if I am doing the dishes, laundry, driving manual stick, brushing teeth etc these small but repetitive moves that trigger the back muscle and it burns for a few seconds and after I take rest the burning feeling just goes away. I also feel it a little when I am doing all-round lifting or using the cross trainer for a warm up with both hands.
Are there any stretches/exercises to get rid of this burning feeling?

Get a massage. Your shoulder blades could be pressing on a nerve
