Blew my rotator cuff because bad bench form
>Been a month since
>Can do chinups and lat pulldown without pain
>Pains a bit during pullups
This was a test run, I don't do these exercises right now
I only go twice a week and do lightweight rows squats diddly etc
What else can I do?

If you dont use it you lose it so keep on agonizing that rotator cuff so it will repair itself. Do a press machine on lowest weight
Muscle will heal, tendons wont. Go to a doctor.
