If bread is such a big no-no for you guys, what the fuck do you guys eat to meet your carb requirements? I always end up needing ~100g of carbs by the end of the day.

I started IF a week ago since I kinda did it anyways without realizing and I'm eating 2-3 meals per day, one big meal with half the calories and then two smaller ones.

How do I make sure I get the proper vegetable intake? is there any optimal vegetable combo for those nice vitamins and minerals?
I usually buy brocolli, spinach and peppers. What can I add to achieve those micronutrients?
Also Garlic and Onion are always present everyday

I rarely eat bread, not out of conscious thought, it just never really makes it to my plate. If I'm gonna carb load for a big lift I'll stick to pasta or a big feed of pancakes in the morning. Otherwise I just eat meat with a fuck ton of vegetables and dairy products thrown in here and there.
