I've got some wrist issues - mainly arthritis in my right wrist. This is effecting my bench press. Does anyone have any advice on either exercises I can do to strengthen my wrist, medication I can take to help reduce the pain/inflammation while lifting, or any ideas about how to properly brace my wrist?
I have the same problem. The pain was really bad for about 2 months and I think I sprained it. It's gotten a lot better and I think I'll be going back to the gym really soon. I just hope it wasn't something worse than a sprain and it's not something long term.

So I don't have arthritis but I do have residual issues from fracturing my wrist as a kid (mostly because my parents didn't believe I had hurt my wrist and I went a month with a fractured wrist before they took me to a doctor).
Bench, OHP, dips, push ups and shitty cleans where I fuck the catch up and it lands on my wrist can trigger pain whenever my wrist bends back that can last for several days. The only solution I've found is making liberal use of wrist wraps.

I had similar issues, started doing deadhangs, monkey bars and farmers walk with a dumbell, don't have wrist issues any more after like 4 months of it, I also increased my bench from 185 to 225 in this time which I attribute to the wrist work because I was stuck on 185 for months.
