I've been doing the 5x5 routine for about a month now with a +300 calorie intake, is that all I need to fix this?

Most likely, as long as you are honest about everything, and wailing on that skeleton chest. 300×7 is however only 2100 calories a week. You need 3500 calories just to gain a pound. I'd aim for a higher calorie surplus, if I was you. +500 a day.

260 is a good weight for 6'4, assuming you're under like 18% bf. I'm guessing not, though.

You're not going to gain 1 lb of muscle per week, but that's ok. Get up to 200, and worry about cutting down if you feel "fat." 6'4 and 160 is skeleton mode.

Dude I'm your height, 220 and struggle to go sub 2500, so idk what you're doing. Make sure you're eating around 200g of protein as well. The rest is easily on Google. Meat, beans, all the veggies you want, protein supplement, oats, milk, cheese. You have the least of anyone's problems. Just eat, eat lots of protein.

I forgot to mention, if you're going positive calories, make sure you adjust it per week, OR eat at your desired weight's maintenance.

I prefer adjusting it week to week, so you don't just balloon up and get "used to" dirty bulking, but you do what's comfortable. We have different ages (I'm most likely older by at least a decade), so I don't know what your maintenance is.

But yeah, as stated above, eat big and workout big. You'll fix your chest by growing muscle.

Like I said +3500 calories a week, adjusting as your weight increases. You can add a half of pound a muscle a week doing that. More than that, and you risk getting just fat. Less, and you're costing yourself gains. This is surprisingly a commitment to being thorough and adjusting week to week.

The key is to grow muscle, but not turn into Boogie.
