I don't want to snap my shit up. I'm not lifting for numbers, I'm lifting to apply tension to muscle fibers, and my muscles have no idea who much weight they're moving, they just know if it's more tension than last time. Tension is the result of intensity, frequency, volume, mind-muscle-connection, rest duration, leverage, and range of motion; not just intensity.
