Fat people and old people produce less test. Therefore, when you average the test of those fatties and old men in with the test of healthy men, the average is lower than it used to be when there weren't as many old and fat men. A healthy man who eats a proper (or even half decent) diet and exercises regularly (or at least somewhat regularly) in this day and age still produces more or less the same amounts of test that his dad and granddads and so forths did during their own youths however many decades ago.

How bout you try actually lifting for once in your life? Oh, but I guess then you wouldn't have time to prattle on about your half baked conspiracies. What would be the best dietary changes I could make as a vegan to increase test? I already get lots of sleep, hit the gym 3 times a week, and avoid stuff like alcohol and smoking, so diet's really the only thing left to change.

Also, test isn't dropping because of any factors that aren't (more or less) 100% controllable by each individual man. And thus, there isn't much, if any, fault on anyone other than men themselves for dropping test levels. Diet, exercise levels, stress levels, etc are what are most important (aside from and along with genetics) for determing a man's test levels. How do I go about getting my T checked? Can I just go to my university's health services and tell them that I want some tests to be done?
