I'm 5'11" 150 lbs and I want to be around 180 lbs I think that's ideal, how long would it take?

The only way to put on muscle while natty is to give it time and be dedicated. There's no secret trick that's going to let you gain 30 pounds of muscle in a year. You can make good gains when starting but they come slower the bigger you get
