My goal is to become a professional boxer , i train intensively 4 times a day 6 days a week However i'm starting to feel fatigued and my muscles are usually sore from the day before, I was wondering if you guys know any tips to improve recovery big time (don't tell me steroids) cheers!
If you will sacrifice some gains you can try taking cold showers. They will remove the soreness but also decrease gains by around 20%
