Alright, I'm going on vacation with the lads next week. We're visiting a couple of cities but it will probably involve lots of eating out and late night alcohol abuse.
How do I maintain by physique in those situations? I'll definetely try to go the gym or go for a run, but I'm more worried about the food and the alcohol.
Any useful tips?

Stick to hard liquor when you're abusing alcohol, best alcohol to calorie ratio. When eating out make an effort to get something fairly nutritious/healthy. Do some pushups/pistol squats/whatever you can daily

You can't gain that much fat that fast, even if you eat at 2k over maint every single day.
Enjoy your vacation. Stick to liquor over beer. Hit the gym at the hotel, go for a swim, do bodyweight stuff in the room to stay at least a little active.
I just cut almost all carbs since I don t hit up gyms on vacay, fucking stupid if you ask me to search out gyms let your body rest and have fun.
