Start with your 1rm and dropset everything.
If you're actually /fit/ then superset while doing dropsets = ultimate pump and ultimately ultimate gains

This is the objective best way to gain.
However, deloading and doing a bunch of lower weight higher reps is good from time to time

Aesthetic exercises: high rep low weight (bicep curls, dumbell shoulder press, tricep extension, shrugs, lat pulldowns etc.)
Strength exercises: high weight low rep (OHP, Bench, Deadlifts, bent over rows)
My workouts start with 1-2 strength exercises and finish with 3 aesthetic exercises.
