All I eat is canned fish everyday along with fruit and I feel fine.

/sci/here.
The mercury meme, is (((their))) plan to keep us all brainlets, mercury is actually good for you, look at Newton.
lmao at you if you're eating tuna.
Only seafood you should eat is Pacific scallops, shrimp, oysters, clams, mussels, herring, and anchovies. These are all low in mercury.
When it comes to salmon only eat Wild Alaskan or Wild Pacific Salmon. Those are very safe with respect to mercury. Don't eat farmed salmon.

Yes and even fish rarely eaten should have more than enough selenium for you to be just fine.

This 100%
Wild fish is the only thing you should be eating in large quantities.
Supporting farmed fish is akin to supporting Monsanto and other equally terrible companies and business practices.
