What is the best exercise and why is it /loaded carry/ ?

Does the loaded carry have to be a bag of sand? Can it say, be a long package containing furniture or a large rug rolled up? Because I do that from 3 AM to 8 AM.

I'm white, I work at FedEx as a package Handler, I'm assigned to IC's which are the stuff too big or heavy to go through a conveighter belt.

when I do farmer's walks my grip fails pretty quickly (after ~60s with 2x100lbs dbells). So I think a bag is better for training the rest of your body
