Alright /fit/, I'm finally done. I'm ready to get rid of the bullshit excuses and finally gain some mass. I'm too skinny and need to train and get myself in a position that I'm happy with. I have no gym near me and no weights. Any tips for basic home workouts? (Pic obviously unrelated)
