Need to do the flag. What are the best exercises to train for it?
I'm guess lats, delts and core mostly

Pull ups maybe.
Skipping legs
alot of side bends with dumbells
generally alot of core
what the fuck for, focus on looking good not doing dumbshit just to post on social media for a few thumbs ups. that would be your only reward for who knows how many hours of training

Useless exercise 5x10

Tucked flag variations for direct training path.
Honestly, it's useless on it's Own, and there are better movements to train the in compass these muscles and many more.
Front lever + Planche would nearly guarantee you a flag, and you would be much more developed.
Doing flags every day isn't that good of an exercise, but planches and levers are.

Leg raises x F(and it's variations)
Lat pulldowns
Other Exercises should be done in 12-15 rep range

what the fuck for, focus on doing cool tricks for yourself not looking good for used up loose thots that you could get even without lifting
It is you who looks for attention here.
